Texas State Environmental Consulting surveys are intended to be a visual and minimally intrusive examination of the property. We identify suspect asbestos and take samples of the suspect material for a laboratory analysis to confirm the presence of asbestos. We then develop a detailed report of our findings and include all supporting documents and recommendations. We provide surveys that are conducted through a visual evaluation, classification and laboratory analysis of suspect asbestos-containing materials (ACBM) that have been used during the construction/remodeling efforts of the subject facility. Bulk samples of suspect asbestos-containing materials are collected in accordance with the guidelines as listed in 40 CFR Section 763.85 of AHERA. We develop detailed reports on our visual surveys of the accessible building materials known or suspected to have contained asbestos fibers.
